Can't Delete My Account

I saw I got an email from Dell_MPP@dell.com so I went to login to the website and delete my account but when I select Deactivate Account and Request One-Time Passcode I just get hit with an Access Denied screen.

I had to do this 10 times before It worked properly and it needs to be fixed.
