I tried to put the service tag in the BIOS manually but it didnt save the service tag information and I got the same error. Please If someone had the same problem share me the step that I should follow.

The utility for programming a Dell service tag is only available from field technicians. Users would have only one time opportunity to enter their service tag to a new motherboard replacement. Anything that mismatch would cause issue with Dell database server and Support Assist utility.

The solution is vary and depending on the undisclosed event leading to the current status of an unspecified laptop. Solution for a new board replacement will require to complete setup in service mode.
For newer system and still under warranty, contact Dell support.
For older systems, a service tag would not disappeared or deleted itself in a sudden. If you recently purchased the laptop, verify with Dell support for machine status and contacting seller for a refund. If you are original owner, check your purchase record and enter the same original service tag.
